The Riti family started their business in the in the heart of the Monti della Laga and Sibillini parks 25 years ago, producing sauces based on the recipes of Mamma Vincenza and Nonna Lola, offering then to people travelling along the Via Salaria from the Adriatic to the Tyrrhenian, from the beaches of San Benedetto to Rome.
None of the handmade quality and flavour of the past has been lost over the years. This small-scale industry has grown into a business that produces top-quality products for both large and small retailers, restaurants, pizzerias and trendy bars.
